WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1 Bag or Box Lettuce Mix of your choice
1 Red Apple
1/2 Cup Craisins
1/2 Cup Shredded Sharp Vermont Cheddar
1/2 Cup Walnuts
1/2 of a Red Onion
HOW YOU'LL MAKE IT
Add your lettuce mix to a large bowl. Cut your apple into thin slices, or dice and cover with lemon juice while you prep the rest of your ingredients. Chop your onion, and shred up about 1/4-1/2 of a block of sharp white cheddar. Add all your ingredients separately on top of your lettuce mix. Top with a balsamic vinaigrette and protein of your choice!
